How do I apply for ADSL
We have a few ways to get your broadband connection up and running asap.
1. Call us on 0403 448 633 and we can set it up over the phone. (We can call you back to save call costs)
2. Contact us on 0403 448 633 to make an appointment to have your account set up in your own home. (Free for Forster Keys and Pipers Bay Residents, $22.00 house call charge for all other areas.)
3. E-mail us at adsl@greatlakesonline.com.au so we can get the ball rolling and get your line activated by Telstra. (Telstra have to activate lines at the exchange, this can take betwen 4 and 7 days)
What do I need?

Generally a computer running a cpu of 500Mhz and 256 meg of ram would be the minimum for ADSL. It will run on slower machines but with some draw-backs.
- Phone line (with any phone carrier)
- ADSL Modem (modems can be purchased at time of installation or ordered with account set up)
- It takes about a 4 to 7 days to get your line activated at the exchange. This is because Telstra have to do that.
